One of the most genuine products of the Andalusian land and of international fame are the AOVES (extra virgin olive oils). From SAÓ, we invite you to learn how to distinguish them, how to pair them, how they are made and the differences between them, in an entertaining session with experts and professionals from the best olive oils of Cordoba and Andalusia.
During the experience, the entire olive oil production process will be explained, from the harvesting of the olives to the extraction of the oil in the mill and the classification of the different oils obtained from it. You will taste 5 different varieties of AOVES in a professional glass. One of the objectives of the tasting is to learn to differentiate between a quality oil and a non-quality oil just by the aroma. During this experience you will stay 8 km away from the Jewish quarter of Cordoba, the festival of the Patios and the ancient Mosque.
