It is fully equipped and has very close to all the basic services such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. During these days you will get to know first-hand the best flavours of Burgos gastronomy. You will visit local restaurants, where you can taste local food cooked on the grill, typical Burgos tapas and many more seasonal dishes that will not leave you indifferent. You will also visit an Arlanza D.O. winery, characterised by being small and traditional but with the most advanced technologies. There you will taste its wines and craft beers.
With this experience you will have the opportunity to visit a unique and special place, we are sure you will be amazed. With more than 30,000 square metres used, it is the largest sculpture in the world created by a single person on a scale of 1:1. Made from recycled materials (demolition of old houses, rubble dumps, contributions…) it recreates a Castilian village, from the Middle Ages to the last century. In addition to the typical Castilian façades, you’ll find around fifteen themed museums, several shop windows and two playhouses, which come to life in the summer months during the festival. The final part of the festival is dedicated to the little ones, as the buildings are smaller in size but more colourful.
